Rough Grading is an essential part of the initial phases of land development. Through this process, the land is shaped to the requirements of the project. It takes a massive amount of machines and manpower. Graders are tasked with removing large amounts of dirt to form the level foundations for home construction. By cutting and/or filling the existing grade and clearing the site by using mass excavation or demolition, the building site will be shaped to create the perfect foundation for home construction.
